This piece is composed solely out of phrases taken randomly from Eckhart Tolle’s (1999) “The Power of Now”; any additions of mine are in square brackets.
I received this gem of a book in 2014, as a gift from a sister-friend. The book is a wonderful reminder of the importance of present moment awareness, because all that we ever truly have is the eternal now and now and now and now and now….
If your quest is for inner peace, as well as freedom from angst and other kinds of psychological pain, then, read this book for sure. You can also follow it up with “A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose”, which is another great read from Tolle (2005).
